Why is Elite Body XTraining superior to a Gym Membership?

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four week, XTraining boot camp has a registration fee of $299. That's twenty sessions of instruction! It averages out to just $14.95 per session. Nowhere else can you get premiere and cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price. The gym's personal trainers typically charge $60 - $80 per session. Self Defense instructors typically charge $75 - $150 per session. What forms of training does Elite Body provide and are there extra fees?
Unlike other boot camps or gyms, we don't limit your sessions to one form of training, such as Stepper or Aerobics. We don't try to put fancy names to basic workouts, such as Body Burn or Belly Fit. We don't charge you an extra fee, no matter how small, to give you nutritional counceling, or track your results with body measurements. At Elite Body, all forms of training, nutritional counceling, and body measurements are included with your monthly registration. No limits, just REAL RESULTS...no fancy names, just REAL XTRAINING.
Because limiting your sessions to one form of training limits your results, we constantly challenge your mind and body by XTraining you with a variety of techniques to maximize your fitness on all levels. Some of our techniques include FBI Counter Assault & Self Defense, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, CrossFit, TRX, Kettle Bells, Medicine Balls, Strength Training, Endurance Training, Functional Training, and more to efficiently burn fat, build muscle tone, and give you real results. All self defense tactics will be performed on heavy bags or pads. There will NEVER be contact between boot campers. We have trained from beginners up to America's elite soldiers. What if I can't perform an exercise or I'm not physically fit?
You don't have to be fit to attend boot camp but you will get fit at boot camp. If you can't perform an exercise, we will show you a modified, low impact version of that exercise. This will strengthen your body's weaker areas until you can perform the full exercise. Elite Body BootCamp is designed for all fitness levels and ages. Whether you're an elite athlete or a beginner, you workout at YOUR fitness level and improve upon it. No one will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anyone go home unchallenged!
