How do I sign up now?

Fill out our Registration Form and please follow the payment instructions. We accept cash, check, or you can pay securely online via credit card. We will contact you to schedule a pre-camp evaluation.

What is the Pre Camp Evaluation?

 The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following:

  1. We will give you nutritional information to help improve your results during boot camp, answer any questions you may have, and review your medical history. 
  2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don't care what the measurements show. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
  3. We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-10% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!

What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring a set of resistance bands (usually in a set of yellow, green, red, and blue), any type of exercise mat, a basic pair of boxing gloves (if you are joining us for kickboxing), and water to keep yourself hydrated. Optional items are a towel to dry off with, and a watch with a timer. Dress in a layered fashion, even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

What kinds of people go to camp?

They are people just like you. Someone who is tired of the dead end results at the same old gym. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness program while having fun in a beautiful, adventurous, outdoor setting.

Will you yell at me?

We only give you positive reinforcement keeping you motivated to accomplish your fitness goals. Keeping you MOTIVATED is our goal NOT abuse or harassment.

Do I have to fight someone to learn real world self defense techniques? I'm nervous?

 There will NEVER be contact between boot campers but you will have fun practicing on pads. Safety will always be our number one priority. By emphasizing proper technique during Cardio Kickboxing, you get the added benefit of learning real world self defense.

How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place within a week. Visual improvements can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's common to see a camper go down 1-2 sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! Your body will become more fit and toned. The boot camp includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, and increase stamina. The results will give you more confidence and make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has started!

Will I get sore sometimes?

You will feel some soreness for the first few days. As your fitness level increases the soreness will be slight to moderate. It's part of your body’s process that lets you improve!

What if I sign up for the three day program and then want to do more days of camp?

After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. They also realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

What will I do when camp is over?

Many, up to 80 percent, of the campers return for a second and third camp. You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the next boot camp.
