Enrique Munguia is in his 19th year of service with the U.S. Navy. He is a FBI Counter Assault & Self Defense Instructor and a Combat Shooting Instructor with deployments all over the world. His experience includes designing and instructing fitness programs as a:

Amongst Enrique's Military and Federal certifications, he is a graduate of the Cooper Institute, certified as a Physical Fitness Specialist, and in Providing Nutritional Guidance. The Cooper Institute is recognized worldwide as the leading Institute for outstanding scientific research and education on exercise physiology, obesity, hypertension, epidemiology, behavior change, children's health issues, nutrition, aging, and preventive medicine. Enrique is certified by CrossFit Headquarters as a CrossFit Level One Instructor. Crossfit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many Military Special Operations Teams, Tactical Operation Units, Champion Martial Artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. He is also certified by the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) as a Boot Camp Instructor, and by the American Heart Association in Adult/Child/Infant CPR & Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Enrique has actively competed in martial arts ranging from Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. He is a Kickboxing and Muay Thai Instructor with the United States Muay Thai Association (USMTA). Enrique's areas of expertise include:
